Baraza la Mitihani (NECTA)limetoa ufafanuzi juu ya upangaji wa madaraja yaliyokuwa yakileta mkanganyiko hasa daraja la IV kwa baadhi ya watainiwa kupata point zilizo sawa mfano 43 lakini wengine wakiwekewa daraja la IV wengine 0, sasa NECTA wametoa ufafanuzi huo kama ifatavyo; NECTA imesema, kwa yeyote mwenye pointi kuanzia 32 kama hana ama D mbili au C moja, anahesabika kuwa na Daraja 0 kama inavyoonekana katika picha. Hii ndiyo sababu utaone wanafunzi wana pointi mfano 43 lakini mmoja yupo daraja Sifuri (0) na mwingine yuko daraja la nne (4).
